Title: 1b/1b in a huge 2b/2b for sublease

Available 6/6 to 9/20, but dates flexible

I will be away for the summer but my roommate will stay. You will have your
own bedroom and bathroom, and share a large living room/kitchen.

The location is about 10 minutes by bike from UCLA, or a 5 minute walk to
the bus stop (Big Blue Bus #1, 8, or 12). You can use my bike.

You can use my furniture (desk, shelf, bed), or I can put them away if you
have your own. I also have a digital piano you can use.

Rent is $950/month but negotiable as I would rather sublet at a loss than
not sublet at all. Utilities are not included and will be about $50/month.

You can see pictures of the apartment here:

A fully furnished 2b/2b apartment is available from 6/14/09
(Sunday) ~7/20/09(Monday). (Five weeks)

It is located near the intersection of National & Sepulveda, very close to
several supermarket (Ralphs, Vons, Alberson, Trade Joes).

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has one queen size bed in
one bedroom and one full size bed in another bedroom. As a bonus, there is a
electronical piano in one of the bedrooms. It contains air conditioning,
kitchen, etc..

It is 5 miles south of UCLA, and it is easy to get to UCLA via big blue bus
8/12 and culver city bus 6. It takes 3 minutes to go to bus stop from your
bedroom. There is also street parking available close to the apartment.

The rent is $1600 for FIVE weeks for two rooms (or best offer) and that
includes gas, cable TV, electricity
and high speed internet, etc. You can also rent 1b/1b for 800 $ for FIVE
weeks. (So it is only 640 per month per room including EVERYTHIHG)

Please email me at sunnywill.yang@(protected)

I will go for an internship from June 25th- Sep 25th, and would like to subletmy apartment. It's a 1b/1b apartment, including kichen, a balcony and two covered
parking spots. Also, stove and refridgerater included as well as laundry
room. It's very spacious, around 800 square foot, and the building is
well maintained and quite.
The address is:
10142 national blvd, #102, Los Angeles, CA90034
To get UCLA, by big blue bus #12. It will takes you 2 min to walk to bus
station, and 20 min to get UCLA campus.
Of course, you could drive. It will take 10 mins driving.
The rent is $1295/month, including water and trash. You can give it
directly to the manager each month.
The electricity is around $20/month.
If you need TV and internet, it's around $80/month.
I will move all my staff out to a storage. But if you need anything, I
could leave it to you here, so you don't have to buy too many
things.
I have sofa, a big wooden dinning table, 4 wooden chairs, a microwave, a
rice boiler, TV set, DVD player, shelves for book keeping, several
lamps(there's usualy no lamp in apartment). And a mattress, if you need.
I like this apartment, that's why I want to sublet it in the summer
instead of terminate the lease.
If interested, please email me at prettyxing@(protected).

We appreciate you have joined my wife, Dr. Zhang and me, Dr Li=E2=80=98s Su
nday Dental Care Program. We have seen the growing number of CSSA member wh
o pursuing IDEAL dental care in our Santa Monica office. Per your request,
we extend our exclusive CSSA service hour to weekdays and to after-hours. W
e will continue provide our service by budget-effective but high =E2=80=93q
uality. Let us know something about oral hygiene today.=20

Message 3 from Dr. Zhang and Li:
When you see us every 6 month, we might do the following:=20

Take necessary x-rays
Review your medical history and update it
Evaluate your gum tissue by probing, visioning or touching
Check tooth for old fillings for its look and function
Check your bite or chew pattern
Evaluate possible cosmetic enhancements of your smile
Identify cause of bad breath
Cancer screen
Review previous dental work
New treatment plan.
Then we will clean and scale teeth to remove all plaque, stain and tartar;
for kids, we may add little bit sealer to the tooth to prevent decay with s
ome fluoride. Questions will be answered regarding your oral hygiene daily
maintenance.=20

We would like to say we might need to see some patient with severe gum dise
ase more often, like every 4 month. For kids, in general, we could see them
for the first visit as young as two years old. By beginning exams at an ea
rly age, we have confident to create positive experiences for your child to
set the stage for a lifetime of quality dental care.=20

So, what you need to do in those 6 month is not too much but brush, floss a
nd mouth rinse=E2=80=A6=E2=80=A6 well, in a good way.=20

For brush, you need to place the toothbrush next to your teeth, with the br
istle tips at a 45 degree angle next to the gum line; then move it in a cir
cular scrubbing motion; tilt the brush vertically to your front teeth in th
e inner surface; the key is time, you need to do a 2-minute brush twice a d
ay; and keep in mind that be gentle but take enough time.=20

For that area in between teeth, you need flossing. Wind the ends of floss a
round your middle fingers and hold it tight with your thumbs and forefinger
s, leave about 1 inch floss and use gentle back and forth motion to guide i
t between your teeth. When the floss is at the gumline, curve it into an ar
c around each tooth until there is mild resistance, and then gently slide i
t up and down.

Too difficult? No problem, we can teach you in the office. Plus that, we al
ways do a free antibiotic irrigation after cleaning procedure. If you remem
ber as I told you last time, gum disease is an infectious disease. And you
can do it, we can help. Call us at 310-985-4975 to schedule your ASSA membe
r dental care.
